Mr. Özen Kuzu, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Kuzu Group, concurrently holds positions as a member of the Board of Directors of Siirt Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Turkish Contractors Association, a member of the Board of Directors of KONUTDER, and a member of the Board of Directors of GYODER.
Mr. Ata Aksoy serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Prive Sigorta A.Ş. Mr. Ata Aksoy also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Prive Holding and Prive Partners Domestic and Foreign Trade Inc., and serves as a board member at Media Consulta Turkey Inc.
Mr. Sinan Polat is a Board Member of Prive Sigorta A.Ş. Mr. Sinan Polat also serves as a Board Member at Prive Partners, Prive Shipping, and Nish Global companies.
Mr. Cenk Cerrah serves as a Board Member at Prive Sigorta A.Ş. He began his professional career at Arthur Andersen. Throughout his career, he has held positions such as Senior Team Leader at Ernst & Young, Senior Manager at PwC Independent Audit and CPAs Inc., Project Finance and International Joint Ventures Manager at Polimeks Construction Inc., Finance Director at Qatari Diar firm, and Deputy General Manager in charge of Financial Affairs at Prive Sigorta. Mr. Cenk Cerrah is a graduate of the Business Management Department of Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration.
Mr. İbrahim Ünalmış serves on the Board of Directors of Prive Sigorta Co. He began his professional career as an Assistant Specialist at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. He served as a Lecturer at York University and University College Dublin. He then held senior positions at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. Mr. İbrahim Ünalmış holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University, a Master's degree in Money, Banking, and Finance from the University of Birmingham, and finally, a Ph.D. in Economics from York University.
Ms. Elçin Koçaridis serves on the Board of Directors of Prive Sigorta A.Ş. She began his career at PwC and has undertaken various roles within the audit and advisory departments of the company. Most recently, she served as the Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting Advisory Division at the firm. In addition to her experience at PwC, she held the position of Finance Manager at Cigna Life Insurance for a period of one year between 2010 and 2011. With over 18 years of experience in the insurance sector, Ms. Elçin Koçaridis has been involved in numerous projects in the fields of audit and consultancy. She holds a degree in English Business Administration from Marmara University and has completed his Master's degree in Actuarial Science at Bahçeşehir University.
Ms. Menekşe Gürbüz Canpolat works as the Acting General Manager at Prive Insurance Inc. She began her professional career as an Audit Assistant at Ernst & Young, subsequently assuming roles as Audit Team Leader and Audit Manager within the firm. She then transitioned to Aviva Insurance as the Risk and Compliance Manager, later progressing to Budget and Reporting Manager, and subsequently as Finance Group Leader. Finally, she served as the Finance Director at Unico Insurance. Mr. Menekşe Gürbüz Canpolat completed her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Middle East Technical University, and simultaneously pursued a minor in Sociology at the same institution.
Reinsurance, and Actuarial at Prive Sigorta Co. He has completed his undergraduate studies in mathematics and business, and his postgraduate studies in banking and insurance. Following his career as a mathematics teacher, he held positions as an Insurance Audit Actuary and Deputy Chairman at the Insurance Supervision Board of the Undersecretariat of Treasury. He also spent a year in London for insurance-related investigations. Mr. Sacan served as the Economic Attaché at the Consulate General of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Following this role, he held positions as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Technical, Reinsurance, Actuarial, Legal, and Claims at Halk Insurance Co. Afterward, he served as the Founding Deputy General Manager responsible for Technical, Reinsurance, and Claims at Arex Insurance Co. Following his tenure there, he undertook the role of Deputy General Manager responsible for Technical, Reinsurance, and Claims in the establishment process of Inforce Participation Insurance Co. In June 2022, he began his role as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Technical, Health, and Reinsurance at Prive Insurance Co. Mr. Ömer Sacan is a registered Actuary and also holds the title of Non-Life Arbitrator at the Insurance Arbitration Commission.
